Paul Twitchell's fictions (IMO) are not so much a problem as the many who do believe the fictions, and then let imagination run away with them.
People who defended Eckankar from criticism, perhaps they knowingly served to prolong the fictions?
I often wonder why it took decades for members here to seriously and honestly have a decent conversation in this group about Eckankar fact vs. Eckankar fiction.
IMHO the a.r.e. trolls and posers appear to prolong Eckankar fictions too. The actual truth could have been clarified and admitted so, so many years ago and another step taken on the path. A path toward truth.
Why did Eckankar knowingly promote fictional masters and allow people to believe in them for many years?
Let's have a conversation about this. Now that it's O.K to talk about so many plagiarisms / fictions because (according to Kinpa at least) everybody already knows about them and it isn't a problem.
