So I ran over and said, Stop! Don't do it. Why shouldn't I? he said. I said,
Well, there's so much to live for. He said, Like what? And I said,
Well, are you religious or an atheist? He said, Religious. I said, Me too!
Are you Christian or Buddhist? He said, Christian. I said, Me too!
Are you Catholic or Protestant? He said, Protestant. I said, Me too!
Are you Episcopalian or Baptist? He said, Baptist. I said, Wow, me too!
Are you the Baptist Church of God or the Baptist Church of the Lord? He said,
Baptist Church of the God. Me too! Are you the original Baptist Church of God or
Reformed Baptist Church of God? He said, Reformed. Me too!
Are you Reformed Baptist Church of God Reformation of 1879 or
Reformed Baptist Church of God Reformation of 1915? He said,

I did, at one point, in the local cathedral choir. The head of music
there was also the music director for my school, and is now in prison
for about the worst thing a teacher could get caught for. But, he was a
world-class organist, I'll give him that much. I heard him play some
incredible things and some of the finest classical singers liked to sing
with him
