Recently posted two links about the environment and what so-called leaders / authorities think, believe or are doing about it.

In this group already discussions have revealed what people think, believe, or are doing about the idea of fictional masters and a made up religious history. That would be the Ekankar vs. Eckankar part.

I think there must be some really warped individuals in the world. People who see all these looming disasters and then only manage to scratch their heads and howl like monkeys, throwing fits whenever anybody else has more to say about it than that.

What kind of imaginations / ideologies spur such animal behaviors? Monkey see monkey do? The dumbed down masses go on to dumb down others like the spread of some viral pandemic?

In the past if you didn't follow the popular belief, people would then build a fire and roast you like a marshmallow! CHURCH MEMBERS EVEN! CHURCH LEADERS EVEN! And they would do it even though you were right and they were wrong! Talk about insecure, immature posers!

How far have things come since then? Now one only has to fear being "roasted" on a.r.e.? or some other public forum?

You really are crazy you know if you think you're the center of the universe, that no one's paying attention to you, that you're right and everyone else is wrong. Read your post. I mean, really read it. What's got your mind so unbalanced? Nothing you wrote is the right kind of mindfulness for a state of pure self-possession and equanimity, right concentration. (Balance.) Which has to be the object of compassion in the end.
